Socialite Mai Jeremaya has spoken out about the emotional toll of her past marriage to musician JMP, revealing the depth of her sacrifices and how far she went to keep the relationship afloat.
Appearing on the Ollah 7 Podcast, she shared, “I was a perfect wife. I did everything. But I got tired.”
She recounted how she eventually reached a breaking point, “I even packed his bags for him to go and stay in his studio in Waterfalls,” said Mai Jeremaya.
”JMP owned a studio in Waterfalls, he would spend two to three weeks without returning home” said Mai Jeremaya.
Despite the separation, she revealed that JMP’s mother later pleaded with her to take him back. “Mai vake vakazouya vakakumbira kuti namatai dzokeranai zvinoita,” she recalled.
In a moment of striking honesty, Mai Jeremaya also addressed public speculation about her personal life.
“I received money from various men. But I never cheated on JMP,” she said, making it clear that her integrity remained intact even during difficult times.
