Bafana Bafana Legends Defeat Zimbabwe 5–1 in Francistown

The Bafana Bafana Legends secured a dominant 5–1 victory over the Zimbabwe Legends in the Legends Tournament semi-final, held in Francistown.

South Africa took an early lead through Katlego Mashego, whose composed finish in the first half gave Bafana Bafana a 1–0 advantage going into the break.

The second half saw the South African legends assert total control, scoring four more goals as Zimbabwe struggled to contain their movement and tempo. Though the stadium lacked the usual crowd energy, the players brought moments of excitement to the pitch with flashes of vintage skill and teamwork.

Zimbabwe’s only goal came from veteran striker Zenzo Moyo, who found the net midway through the second half with a well-taken effort—offering a brief highlight for The Warriors in an otherwise tough outing.
