In its statement, the ZPCS reiterated its commitment to upholding human rights, maintaining professional conduct among its officers, and ensuring the safety and welfare of all individuals under its care. The service affirmed that any conduct found to be inconsistent with these established standards would be addressed decisively and in accordance with legal provisions.

The ZPCS urged the public to refrain from speculation, allowing the investigative processes to proceed without hindrance. Further updates will be provided as verified information becomes available. The family of the deceased has been informed, and the ZPCS extended its heartfelt condolences during this challenging period.
