Rejuvenated Grassroots Engagement: Minister Ezra Chadzamira Leads ZANU PF Cell Day

 

 

In a significant demonstration of grassroots mobilisation and organisational renewal, the Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution for Masvingo, Honorable Ezra Chadzamira, presided over the ZANU PF National Cell Day engagements across the province.

The events, held on January 31, 2026, marked a pivotal moment in the ruling party’s strategy to strengthen its foundational structures and enhance direct communication between the leadership and the electorate.

Minister Chadzamira’s participation was headlined by his visit to the Diso Compound in Mashava, Ward 5 of Masvingo West, where he joined local party members for a rigorous cell verification process. This exercise is part of a broader national initiative aimed at ensuring the integrity of the party’s membership database and fostering a sense of belonging among the rank and file. During his address to the gathered members, Honorable Chadzamira emphasised a paradigm shift in the party’s operational philosophy. By engaging directly with the cells, the party leadership aims to identify local challenges and integrate them into the provincial development agenda, particularly as the nation transitions into the critical years of the National Development Strategy 2 (NDS2).
