Following the High Court judgment under case number HCH628/25, Justice Musithu has issued an interim order.
This order mandates the formation of a board to oversee the affairs of Botha Mine pending the finalization of the matter under case number HC 627/25.
A six-member Board of Directors will be established to manage the applicant.
The members of the Board are as follows:
The management of Botha Mine will report to the Board of Directors as listed above.
The Company Secretaries are Zvidzai Kajokoto and Evelyn Tembo Mhlanga.
During this interim period, no new contracts for Botha Mine shall be concluded by the board or the management of the applicant.
This notice is issued to clarify any misinformation regarding the board members and the current governance structure of Botha Mine.
