Fully Funded CERN Administrative Internship 2025 in Switzerland – Apply Now
CERN is offering an exceptional opportunity for motivated undergraduate and postgraduate students in administrative fields to join its Administrative Student Program 2025 in Geneva, Switzerland. This fully funded international internship welcomes applicants from around the world and does not require IELTS or an application fee. The deadline to apply is 11 August 2025.
This unique internship allows students specializing in administrative disciplines to work for 2 to 12 months at CERN’s headquarters in Geneva. Around 50 interns will be selected to gain hands-on experience while collaborating with professionals at one of the world’s most renowned research organizations.
Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend of 3,452 CHF (approximately USD 3,900 / ZAR 74,400), along with the following benefits:
Round-trip airfare (economy class)
Health insurance provided by CERN
Family allowance, if applicable
2.5 days of paid leave per month

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Hold citizenship of a CERN Member or Associate Member State
Have completed at least 18 months (3 semesters) of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in an administrative field
Remain a registered full-time student for the entire duration of the internship
Possess a good command of English or French
📌 Note: Students in scientific, technical, or engineering disciplines should apply for CERN’s Technical Student Program instead.
